JPAS proudly offers modest costuming and age-appropriate choreography.

Recreational dance classes (excluding acro) all participate in our annual recital, which is normally held the first weekend in June.

All classes meet weekly, following the holiday schedule in the registration packet.

All classes follow our JPAS dress code guidelines.

All students are responsible for the registration fee, monthly tuition, recital fee, and any other fees stated in the registration handbook.

September 1 determines the age and class of the student. (Exceptions to be approved by Mrs. Jamie)

Recital fees include costuming, Recital t-shirt, Recital DVD, half page ad in the program book, one program book, and auditorium/stage rental. We do not sell tickets for our recital.

Two optional fundraisers will be available to help with raising funds.
16 Months to 2 Years
30 Minute Ballet Class
This ballet class explores creative movement, beginning ballet terminology, and educational activities for the beginning ballerina.
Registration fee: $35
Monthly Tuition: $35
Recital Fees: $200 (split into 3 payments)
Preschool- 3 and 4 Years
Ballet and Tap Combo Class
In this combo class for our preschoolers, dancers will learn the basics of ballet, while also exploring the beginnings of tap dancing. This is a 45-minute class.

Monthly Tuition: $38
Recital Fee: $360 (split into 3 payments)
Kindergarten
Ballet and Tap Combo Class
During this hour-long ballet and tap combo class, our Kinder kiddos will continue building upon their ballet and tap terminology.

1st and 2nd Grade
Ballet and Tap Combo Class
In this hour long ballet and tap combo class, students continue to creatively build upon their ballet and tap knowledge, while gaining flexibility and strength.
Jazz and Contemporary Combo
Students can begin their journey through jazz and contemporary styles, while continuing their love of dance.

3rd, 4th, & 5th Grade
Ballet and Tap Combo Class
Students will continue to build on their knowledge of jazz and contemporary, while learning skills, technique, and flexibility.

Students continue to learn more in-depth terminology and skills throughout this hour-long ballet and tap class.

Our middle schoolers build upon their love of ballet and tap in this hour-long combo class.
In this hour-long combo class, middle schoolers will work on their flexibility, strength, and knowledge of jazz, while also exploring the creative side of contemporary.

High School

This fast-paced, hour-long ballet and tap class is perfect for our highschoolers to strengthen and grow their knowledge of the arts.
Jazz and Contemporary Combo Class

Mixture of different styles
Join us for a dance class designed for students with disabilities. It will consist of a mixture of different styles that will be adapted to your student.

Acro- tumbling
All ages
This class is perfect for our tumblers of all levels. Acro will primarily be based on skill.
Classes:
Tiny Tumbling (30 minutes)- recommended for 16 months to 2 years
Preschool Acro (45 minutes)- recommended for 3 and 4 year-olds
Beginner Acro (1 hour)
Intermediate Acro (1 hour)
Advanced Acro (1 hour)

Recreational Acro Classes will not perform in the recital.
Add-on classes:
Students are required to be enrolled in a combo class to be able to add one of the add-on classes to their schedule.

JPAS loves our families! We offer a family unlimited tuition rate for recreational classes. (not combined with music lessons or competition classes)
